Excellent self catering accommodation in the heart of Fermanagh Lakelands. This lodge offers all the potential for a family holiday.

The beauty of the Lakelands are on your doorstep along with boating, fishing, golfing, National Trust properties, Castles etc as well as restaurants all within a short drive.

This lodge includes a large living area with open fire, conservatory overlooking outdoor swimming pool(seasonal opening -summer only),living area off kitchen with electric fire. Four bedrooms,(master king size with ensuite and dressing room, king size, double / single bunk style,one double/single bunk  with  additional bunk all with washbasins), bathroom, 2  toilet/restrooms, fully equipped kitchen , utility room, and two dining areas.

The private grounds and gardens are beautiful in Spring and Summer  with outdoor swimming pool (seasonal) and the lodge is on an elevated site enjoying views of the surrounding countryside.

 Situated in the village of Ballinamallard it is within walking distances of all local amenities, and only seven miles from Enniskillen .

The whole premise has a wonderful atmosphere which will help you relax and unwind.

 

TERMS and CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions. When you book you are entering into a binding contact with us, the property owner.

 

  1. Note especially that;  you must read and accept the Booking Terms and Conditions and agree to them on the booking form.
  2. Your booking: You must be over 18 years of age at the time of making your booking. Let commences at 4.00pm of day of arrival and the lodge should be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.  Geusts are asked to leave the lodge clean and tidy and remove personal food and perishable items.  Bed linen is provided for each bed and a hand towel for all rooms with washbasins.  Smoking is not allowed inside the premise. In accordance with The Fire safety (NI) Regulations 2010. Guests must accept responsibility for damage caused to the property and it's contents during their stay and will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement.  Guests should notify Owner of any faults found on arrival or during stay so that we can ensure the lodge is properly maintained. If any problems occur with electric/oil you must contact owners immediately.  Use of the outdoor swimming pool facility is seasonal (summer only)and is at the guests own risk. Wet suits maybe useful in view of our Irish climate. We will endeavour to keep this facility open however circumstances beyond are control may prevent this.  A maximum of two pets are allowed in the lodge on the understanding that they will not be allowed in bedrooms.  Pets are allowed inside/outside the lodge on the condition that the property is kept clean or an additional charge will be incurred to cover the cost of additional cleaning the property of foul/pet hair Should the need arise.  Essential maintenance of gardens and grounds may occur while guests are in residence.  20% Deposit (&  £200 Good Will Bond) is payable to secure your booking.  All monies to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.  overseas bookings.  Sterling cheques drawn on a U.K bank or , Euro cheques made out in sterling.  Payment by bank transfer  - Transfers to be made in pounds sterling. Bank details supplied on request. The hirer must pay all bank charges.  PayPal users must pay all credit card charges currently 3.6% . Charges Can be paid at time of booking or be deducted from deposit. We can refuse any booking before we issue confirmation, and in that case we will promply return any monies you have paid and can be under no other liability. As soon as you receive confirmation , you must check it carefully.  If ther are any errors or omissions you must inform us immediately.
  3. Payment . After you have paid the deposit  the balance of your holiday and good will bond must be paid not later than 8 weeks from its start date, the full holiday cost must be paid before we can issue the confirmation.  If you book your holiday less than  4 weeks from it's start date , the full holiday cost must be paid before we can issue the confirmation. You must pay for such a booking by one of our agreed terms of payment and send confirmation of payment details to us.  The website prices are cash prices.
  4. Cancellation or Changes by You If you have to cancel your holiday, for whatever reason, you must immediately write to us to tell us why , marking the envelope! Cancellation. You cancellation will only take effect when we receive written  confirmation from you.
  5. Descriptions and Accuracy of information. We do everything we can to ensure accuracy of information contained in our website.  However ,the property and it's description are provided in good faith but May have changed by the time you book your holiday.
  6. Cancellation or Changes by Us.  Once we have issued you with a confirmation we will make every effort not to make any changes to your booking or to cancel it.  Sometimes though changes do occur before and after bookings have been confirmed, and very occasionally confirmed bookings have to be cancelled.  We promise to do all we can to avoid such changes and cancellations but must reserve the right to do so.  We will only cancel confirmed booking less than 4 weeks before departure when you have failed to make all payments due in full or on time, or when we are forced to do so as a result of circumstances outside our control.
  7. Satisfaction.  while you are on holiday please inform us of any difficulties you may have at the earliest opportunity.
  8. Prices.  The prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling.
  9. Privacy and Data Protection.  This privacy statement demonstrates our firm commitment to privacy. Any personally identifiable information you share with us will be used for the purposes of processing your enquiry or booking, and providing you with holiday information.  the following disclosures are information gathering and dissemination pro tactics for our websites. We are the sole owner of the information collected on our websites.  We will only request information that is essential and we do not sell or distribute that information to any third party.  Our bookings procedures require customers to provide contact information, such as name, address , e-mail and telephone numbers and financial information such as bank account or credit/debit card details.  Contact information that you provide to us will be used to contact you in the event of a query about your booking or your subsequent stay. External security camera for protection of the property is in operation. 
  10. The lodge must not EXCEED the agreed amount of people on the booking form.
  11. The owners of Summerhill Lodge will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property or personal items however they occurred.
  12. Summerhill Lodge is available for booking direct with the owners, we do not accept 3rd party bookings. 
  • Fermanagh Summerhill Lodge  offers an automatic online booking system .Guests can book and pay for available  dates at any time, therefore the dates reserved for you manually could be booked automatically by others.  Please return your booking  form & deposit as soon as possible to avoid this happening. In  the event that it may happen you will be contacted immediately and a full refund given.
